
In theory, a three-week winter break sounds fine, but by the end of three weeks, I'm more than ready for the kids to go back to school (even if they don't feel the same way!). I'll take it easy this week, but I'm looking forward to getting into a routine again, and getting all the things done that I want to get done.
In the meantime, here's my plan for this week:
Monday - Homemade Spicy Salmon Poke Bowl with seaweed salad, cucumber and avocado
Tuesday - Light Fettucine Alfredo with Shrimp and Broccoli
Wednesday - Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches, Broccoli Slaw
Thursday - Homemade Gravlax with bagels and cream cheese {didn't get to this last week}
Friday - Chicken Tortilla Soup
Saturday - Breakfast {pancakes, bacon, eggs, fruit}
Sunday - Leftovers
