Even though I haven't been publishing a menu plan, I've been cooking a quite a bit. But without a regular menu plan, I find that after a few weeks, I feel off-kilter. So, I figured I'd better publish one this week. Here's what I've got planned:
Monday - Miso-Glazed Salmon, rice, some kind of veggie
Tuesday - Dinner out
Wednesday - Honey Sesame Chicken, rice, steamed broccoli
Thursday - Beef Enchiladas (previously made; just need to defrost and bake!), Salad
Friday - Dinner out
Saturday - Crispy Tortellini with Peas and Prosciutto
Sunday - Breakfast (pancakes, bacon, fruit, eggs)
