
I've been lax about posting my menu plan again, but I've still been cooking a lot. We're adjusting to a new routine with the boys' practice schedules, and the time change this coming weekend might mess things up again. But for this week, here's my plan:
Monday - Broccoli Pizza {I'll throw some pepperoni on there for the kids, LOL}
Tuesday - Egg Salad Sandwiches
Wednesday - Bacon Wrapped Tofu, rice, roasted baby broccoli
Thursday - Roasted Cauliflower and Sardine Pasta
Friday - Leftovers
Saturday - Better-Than-Panera Broccoli Cheese Soup
Sunday - Breakfast {waffles, bacon, eggs, fruit}
