I haven't posted a menu plan in a long time, but in transferring the site back to Blogger, I went through a lot of old menu plans and realized just how much they help me. And I've mentioned how difficult I find it sometimes to cook during this quarantine, and I'm thinking that getting back to menu planning will help hugely with that. So here's my plan for this week:
Monday -
Croque Monsieur
Tuesday - Baked Ziti
Wednesday -
Ground Beef Taco Casserole
Thursday - Mac & Cheese, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze
Friday - Oven Roasted Salmon, Steamed Broccoli
Saturday - Shrimp Fried Rice
Sunday -
Orzo Paella
