It's June! Having a menu plan last week helped a lot, so I'm making another one this week. Here's what I'm thinking:
Monday - Miso Cod with Rice and Salad
Tuesday - Mac & Cheese, Sauteed Kale
Wednesday - Homemade Pizza, Salad
Thursday - Slow Cooker Pot Roast with Carrots and Potatoes
Friday - Tuna Poke Bowl with Pickled Cucumber
Saturday - Roasted Salmon with Rice and Steamed Broccoli
Sunday - Build-Your-Own Cobb Salad Board from Beautiful Boards
