Is your December starting to get crazy? Mine is. I'm mostly done with holiday shopping, but events keep getting added to the calendar. I'm trying to keep weeknights as free as possible for the next two weeks though, until school gets out for winter break. That means we'll be eating at home until the weekend, so here's my plan for this week:
Monday - Honey Sesame Chicken {from the freezer}, some kind of veggie
Tuesday - Garlic Cheddar Chicken Strips, some kind of veggie
Wednesday - Salmon Poke Bowl
Thursday -Slow Cooker Orange Shredded Beef, rice, some kind of veggie
