As much as I feel like I've been getting ready for Christmas for the last month, I also can't believe Christmas is less than a week away! The kids are off from school, and we're hosting Christmas Eve, so I'm going to try to keep our meals fairly simple this week (including some take out!). Here's my plan:
Monday - Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Wings, crudite
Tuesday - Honey Baked Ham (I have a craving!), Sauteed Salt & Vinegar Brussels Sprout Leaves
Wednesday - Mac & Cheese, salad or steamed broccoli
Thursday - Clam Chowder
Friday - Brown Sugar Meatloaf, some kind of veggie
Saturday - Beef Tenderloin, salad, Cauliflower Puree, Sweet Potato Latkes
Sunday - Leftovers or Dinner out {not sure where we'll be yet}
