Menu Plan Monday: Week of November 3, 2014

Now that it's November, it's finally starting to feel like fall around here! I'm thinking casseroles, stews, and soups. The fabulous thing about them is that they are often make-ahead dishes, and freezer friendly. Here's what I've got planned for dinners:

Monday - Tonkatsu {almost like a Japanese wiener schnitzel}, rice, some kind of veggie

Tuesday - Egg salad sandwiches, crudite

Wednesday - Portugese Bean Soup, Garlic Bread

Thursday - Mac & Cheese, salad, Garlic Bread

Friday - Roasted Tilapia with Tomatoes and Olives, Bruschetta

Saturday - Dinner out {we're going to be out and about so we will probably just grab food somewhere}

Sunday - Dinner out {we're going to be out and about again so we will have to stop somewhere again}
