Menu Plan Monday: Week of November 17, 2014


We're rapidly approaching my favorite food day of the year: Thanksgiving! This is the time of year, one to two weeks before Turkey Day, when I daydream constantly about what to make, from sweet potatoes to green beans to other veggies (I'm responsible for bringing the veggie sides, although I've been known to show up with extras like bread and a bonus dessert). I'll share what I'll be making once I've decided, and in the meantime, here's what I'm planning for this week's dinners:

Monday - Salmon sashimi, Tuna Avocado Salad, rice, some kind of veggie

Tuesday - Portuguese Bean Soup, Garlic Bread

Wednesday - Roasted Cauliflower and Sardines with Pasta

Thursday - Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Sandwiches, Broccoli Slaw, Edamame

Friday - Dinner out {going to a birthday party}

Saturday - Baked Eggs with Spinach and Mushrooms, maybe some fruit or a fruit-y dessert

Sunday - Dinner out with extended family
