We've got new team practices, which means I've got a new afternoon/evening schedule to get used to, and that impacts my dinner planning. Hopefully it won't get too crazy - I remember feeling rather overwhelmed in the fall - and my menu plan will go smoothly this week:
Monday - Ham & Manchego Tartine, Salad
Tuesday - Zucchini Eggplant Lasagna
Wednesday - Salmon Furikake, Rice, some kind of vegetable
Thursday - Cajun Salmon Cakes, Broccoli Slaw
Friday - Farfalle with Creamy Wild Mushroom Sauce, Fruit
Saturday - Leftovers
Sunday - Dinner out
