I'm feeling fully recovered from the flu, so I'm looking forward to trying some new recipes this week. Hopefully the Pulled Pork will be delicious, as I'm counting on leftovers to freeze for an easy future meal. Here's what I've got planned for the week:
Monday - Pasta with Sausage, Cabbage & Breadcrumbs, fruit
Tuesday - Sashimi, rice, some kind of vegetable
Wednesday - Pulled Pork, Broccoli Slaw
Thursday - Sardine Avocado Sandwiches, fruit
Friday - Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms and Mascarpone, fruit
Saturday - Leftovers
Sunday - Dinner out
