The best food holiday of the year is finally upon us! I'll be making the delicious side dishes I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, plus I think I'll also make a noodle kugel since my family loves it and it's been a while since I've made one. (I totally forgot to make it for Rosh Hashanah last month.)
But we still have to eat the rest of the week, so here's my plan:
Monday - Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas, taco fixings
Tuesday - Breakfast (waffles, bacon or sausage, fruit, plus homemade strawberry syrup per my son's request)
Wednesday - Quiche with Broccoli, fruit
Thursday - THANKSGIVING!
Friday - Leftovers
Saturday - Dinner out
Sunday - Lentil Soup with Sausage, Chard and Garlic
