
This week should be a little calmer than last week, at least after mid-week. Whew! I'm still keeping the menu on the simple side, though I really want to find time to make Smitten Kitchen's Banana Pudding.
Here's my plan for this week:
Monday - Take out from Pizza Rev, which does a Monday Meal Deal that includes 4 pizzas, 4 salads, 4 drinks, and 1 dessert pizza for $40 + tax
Tuesday - Crock Pot Cheesy Pasta and Beef Casserole, some kind of veggie
Wednesday - Salmon Poke Bowl
Thursday - Slow Cooker Tuna Noodle Casserole with Peas
Friday - Quesadillas, salad
Saturday - Breakfast {French toast, bacon, eggs, fruit}
Sunday - Leftovers
