I can't believe it's the last week of school! Time is just flying by, and sure enough, I've had too much going on to think about the healthy dish of the week. My dishwasher has been out of commission, so between not wanting to do too much in the kitchen and having a packed schedule, baking has been at the very bottom of my to-do list. But I will get to those spelt brownies eventually.
Meanwhile, here's my plan for this week:
Monday:
Breakfast - Cereal
Dinner - Roasted Cauliflower and Sardines with Pasta
Tuesday:
Breakfast - Toast
Dinner - Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Sandwiches, some kind of veggie
Wednesday:
Breakfast - Cinnamon Rolls
Dinner - Bacon-Wrapped Tofu, rice, some kind of veggie
Thursday:
Breakfast - Blueberry Muffins
Dinner - Meatloaf, Garlic Bread, some kind of veggie
Friday:
Dinner - Spaghetti Pangrattato with Crispy Eggs
Saturday Dinner: Out
Sunday Dinner: Out
