I think it's going to take some time to adjust to our new schedule, aka summer vacation. I'm going to try to stick to simple, easy and quick meals while I get used to the flow of our days. So here's what I'm thinking for dinners this week:
Monday - Dinner out
Tuesday - Summer Farfalle Salad with Smoked Salmon
Wednesday - Pasta with Cauliflower, Raisins and Anchovies
Thursday - Three-Step Taco Salad
Friday - Breakfast {blueberry pancakes, sausage, fruit}
Saturday - Dinner out
Sunday - Dinner out {Happy Father's Day to all the dads!}
