This week is a tricky one, because I'm expecting events to pop up at the last minute. I'm thinking dinner should be a make-ahead meal almost every night, since I won't know when I'll be home to get it ready ... So here's the plan:
Monday - Pasta with Roasted Cauliflower, Raisins and Anchovies
Tuesday - Salmon Furikake, Rice, some kind of veggie
Wednesday - Slow Cooker Eggplant Parmesan
Thursday - Chicken Pasta Salad with Chopped Broccoli
Friday - Breakfast {cinnamon rolls, sausage, eggs, fruit}
Saturday - Dinner out
Sunday - Alton Brown’s Sardine-Avocado Sandwiches
