I can't believe it's the last week of March already! I will have to work on my April menu plan sometime this week, but I am expecting it to be much easier again with the list of go-to meals I already have done. Of course, we still continue to be incredibly busy. So here's what I'm thinking for this week:
Monday - Chicken Broccoli Pasta Salad
Tuesday - Kalua Pork, Rice, Sauteed Cabbage
Wednesday - Turkey Meatloaf, Garlic Bread, Salad
Thursday - Ham and Broccoli Spirals, Salad
Friday - Pan Bagnat, Chips, Crudite, Fruit
Saturday - Overnight Caramel French Toast, Bacon, Fruit
Sunday - Alton Brown’s Sardine-Avocado Sandwiches
