Menu Plan Monday: Week of Jan 27, 2014


Our spring routine is starting to take shape, as the boys' teams form, practice days are set, and game schedules are released. We are going to be super busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

Monday - Breakfast: Baked Donuts, Sausage, Fruit

Tuesday - Roasted Cauliflower, Raisins and Anchovies with Pasta

Wednesday - Cornbread Mexican Pizza, Salad

Thursday - Chicken Pasta Salad with Broccoli, Kalamata Olives and Oven Dried Tomatoes

Friday - Sauteed Mushrooms with Toasted Flatbread and Baked Eggs, plus something else

Saturday - Alton Brown's Sardine Avocado Sandwich

Sunday - Dinner out {Super Bowl Party Time! thinking of making Dirt Cake}

I am also planning to make Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oatmeal, Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars, and 10-Minute Lime Cracker Pie.
