I'm finally feeling better, plus I've been inspired by the Pantry Challenge at Good Cheap Eats to use up what I already have on hand, and to make our junk food instead of buying it.
With that in mind, here's what I've got planned for dinner this week:
Monday - Steak Sandwiches, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
Tuesday - Tuna Noodle Casserole, Lemon Parmesan Broccoli
Wednesday - Pizza, Salad
Thursday - Beef Nachos with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and sour cream {and maybe some sauteed jalapeƱos}
Friday - Panko-Crusted Tofu, somen noodles, some kind of vegetable
Saturday - Dinner out
Sunday - Dinner out
I also plan to make: Butternut Squash Brownies, Magic Bars, Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Red-less Velvet Cake Balls.
