I'm still trying to keep things easy, so I've decided I need to use my slow cooker more. But, we do have a busy schedule and will be eating out several times. Here's what I've got planned:
Monday - Dinner out
Tuesday - Slow Cooker Chili with taco fixings
Wednesday - Salmon sashimi, rice, vegetables, miso soup
Thursday - Pizza "Snowballs", Roasted Vegetable Salad
Friday - Herb Garlic Chicken, Pureed Butternut Squash, Garlic Bread
Saturday - Dinner out
Sunday - Dinner out
