It's kind of a crazy week, with the kids off from school, and Thanksgiving on Thursday. But here's what I'm thinking for dinner this week:
Monday - Chili-Cheese Tater Tot Casserole, steamed broccoli
Tuesday - Baked Fish, garlic bread, some kind of vegetable
Wednesday - Udon-Beef Noodle Bowl
Thursday - Dinner out, but I'm bringing all this
Friday - Leftovers
Saturday - Dinner out
Sunday - Baked Donuts, Bacon, Eggs, Fruit

I served chili-cheese tator tots to my family last month. At first they looked at me like I had two heads, but they devoured it! It's now on my quick and easy menu list.
