The weather looks like it's going to be pretty good this week (i.e., not too hot), so I'm going to try to get some baking done. The kids do love it, and it's so much healthier than store bought goodies! Here's what I'm planning for dinner this week:
Monday - Dinner out
Tuesday - Beer-Battered Fish and Chips {didn't get to this last week}, some kind of vegetable
Wednesday - Crock Pot Chicken and Brown Rice with Broccoli {didn't get to this last week either}
Thursday - Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Chirashizushi, some kind of vegetable
Friday - Bean & Cheese Enchiladas, Salad
Saturday - Breakfast (waffles, bacon, eggs, fruit)
Sunday - Dinner out
