I can't believe tomorrow is already April! I did myself a favor yesterday and made up a menu plan for the whole month. Knowing me, I won't stick to it - but at least I don't have to torture myself every weekend trying to figure out what meal works with our busy sports schedule! Here's what I've got planned for this week's dinners:
Monday - Mac & Cheese, salad, Brownies
Tuesday - Turkey Burgers, Chips, Fruit
Wednesday - Bacon-Wrapped Tofu, Rice, Roasted Asparagus
Thursday - Take out from Zankou Chicken, Salad
Friday - Bean & Cheese Enchiladas {didn't get to these last week}, Salad
Saturday - Chicken Pasta Salad, Chocolate Chip Cookies
Sunday - Dinner out
