I made my first month-long menu for May, and while it has a few holes, I'm pretty excited to have it planned out. The best part was incorporating new recipes into it, which is great because I feel I'd gotten into a bit of rut. So here's what we're having this week:
Monday - Beef Tacos, Salad, and Pancake Souffle w/ Caramelized Apples
Tuesday - Soy Citrus Scallops with Soba, Fruit Crisp
Wednesday - Meatloaf, Cheesy Monkey Bread, Salad, Blueberry Cobbler
Thursday - Pizza, Salad, Baked Apples {I'll make more frozen pizzas this time too!}
Friday - Salad with Bacon Dressing, Chocolate Snack Cake
Saturday - Peas with Spinach and Bacon in Lettuce Cups, Mac & Cheese
Sunday - Dinner out
