I haven't done any grocery shopping for this week yet, so my menu is subject to change - but any plan is better than none, right? So here's what I'm thinking:
Monday - BBQ meatball sliders, cauliflower puree
Tuesday - Spinach pockets with marinara dipping sauce, berry cobbler
Wednesday - Roasted chicken with garlic sauce, steamed broccoli
Thursday - Pasta with Sardines & Sauteed Cabbage
Friday - Breakfast (waffles, sausage, eggs, fruit)
Saturday - Dinner out
Sunday - Dinner out
