Weekly Roundup: Outback Meal Deal, Audiobook Recs + Weekly Menu Plan

It's March, which means that by the end of the month, one of my kids will no longer be a teenager! I don't know how that has happened, but I realized I need to start thinking seriously about what project I will take on in the fall to occupy my mind and my time when my second child goes off to college. For obvious reasons, I'm leaning toward a college counseling career but I'm definitely open to suggestions. Have a great week! (I've marked affiliate/referral links with a *, which means I may make a little bit of money if you make a purchase or sign up using that link - thank you!)

You can get a pretty decent three-course meal for just $14.99 at Outback right now.

I had no idea you could make a living as a background actor in Los Angeles.

Rachel Macy Stafford's suggestion to "plant a pause" has resonated with me (like most of what she writes).

Recently, I've listened to some audiobooks that I want to recommend: Be Ready When the Luck Happens* by Ina Garten and Brooke Shields is Not Allowed to Get Old* by Brooke Shields. Both are compelling memoirs that make me want to live my best life.
