Menu Plan Monday: Week of Sept 21, 2015

Here's a fascinating food fact I learned this week: Apparently you can make pudding in a Vitamix! I also found a new Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe to try, although I'll be skipping the walnuts - it's supposed to be in the mid-80's on Tuesday, so that's my baking day.

Here's my plan for this week:

Breakfast - Breakfast Sandwiches, fruit
Dinner - Spaghetti Carbonara with peas

Breakfast - Oatmeal, fruit
Dinner - Zucchini, Rice and Cheese Gratin {adding chicken to make this a one-dish meal!}

Breakfast - No school, so I will probably take the kids out for a treat :)
Dinner - Salmon Furikake, rice, some kind of veggie

Breakfast - Blueberry Muffins
Dinner - Soba Noodle Salad

Breakfast - Strawberry Jam Crumb Cake
Dinner - Croque Madame with Spinach and Smoked Salmon

Saturday Dinner: Overnight Caramel French Toast, bacon, fruit

Sunday Dinner: Dinner out
