Our air conditioning broke last week, of course during a major heat wave with temperatures approaching 100 degrees. Thankfully, we have a lot of fans, and we were able to get the a/c partially fixed on Friday, but my menu plan this week is totally contingent on the a/c getting fully fixed tomorrow. If it's still broken, then we will be eating out almost every night, just to take advantage of the cool air at a restaurant. But hopefully it will get fixed, and here's my plan for the week:
Monday:
Breakfast - Cereal and fruit
Dinner - Hawaiian style breakfast (rice, eggs, sausage, some kind of sauteed veggie)
Tuesday:
Breakfast - Bagels and cream cheese, fruit smoothie
Dinner - Turkey meatball heroes, some kind of veggie
Wednesday:
Breakfast - Blueberry Muffins
Dinner - Chicken Flautas, salad
Thursday:
Breakfast - Breakfast sandwich, fruit
Dinner - Miso Chicken, rice, some kind of veggie
Friday:
Breakfast - probably out, because there's no school
Dinner - Breakfast (French toast, bacon, eggs, fruit)
Saturday Dinner: Dinner out
Sunday Dinner: Dinner out
