Menu Plan Monday: Week of July 7, 2014

The weather has gotten much hotter, so I really have to think about whether turning on the oven is worth it. Though I have some ripe bananas that are just begging to be made into banana bread (but I may make a half-recipe and bake it in my toaster oven in an 11x17 pan).

It's also going to be something of a crazy week, so I'm sticking with tried-and-true recipes that come together quickly or can easily be made well ahead of time.

Monday - Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Salad

Tuesday - Cheesy Mashed White Beans With Kale, Parmesan, and a Fried Egg

Wednesday - Pasta Bolognese, Salad, Garlic Bread

Thursday - Bacon-Wrapped Tofu, Rice, some kind of veggie

Friday - Overnight Caramel French Toast, Bacon, Fruit {or possibly dinner out}

Saturday - Dinner out

Sunday - Dinner out
