We've got more busy days ahead, but at least the kids are in camp part-time this week, and I'm starting to remember how our summer flowed last year. So I'm trying to stick with lighter and/or make-ahead meals, as follows:
Monday - Three-Step Taco Salad
Tuesday - Cavatappi Niçoise
Wednesday - Summer Farfalle Salad with Smoked Salmon
Thursday - Shredded Pork Hash, some kind of veggie
Friday - Leftovers
Saturday - Dinner out
Sunday - Dinner out
