I am still trying to use up a lot of what we have, although I'm not conducting a true pantry challenge, in that I'm still buying groceries, including non-perishables. So, these meals call for a lot of things that are already in the house:
Monday - Dinner out? {not sure of our plans; if not, I'll pick up sandwich fixings}
Tuesday - Pasta with Caulifower, Raisins and Anchovies
Wednesday - Portugese Bean Soup, Garlic Bread
Thursday - Pizza, Salad
Friday - Bacon-Wrapped Tofu, rice, some kind of vegetable
Saturday - Dinner out
Sunday - Dinner out
And maybe this is the week I finally make Red-less Velvet Cake Balls!
