We've got a crazy sports schedule this week, but hopefully I'll be able to get some cooking, baking and work and housework done! Maybe I'm being overly ambitious, but here's what I've got planned:
Monday - Roast chicken with flatbread and Garlic Aioli, salad
Tuesday - Salmon Furikake, rice, some kind of vegetable
Wednesday - Turkey Sloppy Joes, Sweet Potato Fries
Thursday - Breakfast (waffles, bacon, eggs, fruit)
Friday - Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Chirashizushi, Fruit
Saturday - Sandwiches, Chips, Fruit
Sunday - Dinner out
