This weekend has been so jam-packed that it's difficult to focus on the coming week when I'm still recovering from the last one! But, I know that my menu plan will save me a lot of stress and money so it's definitely worth doing. I have to plan around a couple of "maybe" events, but any plan is better than none. :) So here's what I'm thinking:
Monday - Beer-Battered Fish & Chips
Tuesday - Smoked Salmon Chirashi
Wednesday - Farfalle with Creamy Wild Mushroom Sauce
Thursday - Slow Cooker Orange Chicken
Friday - Crisp Kale Nests with Soft-Cooked Eggs
Saturday - Dinner out
Sunday - Ham & Broccoli Spiral Rolls

You really don't have to move past Monday. I could probably have Beer Battered Fish and Chips (along with a beer) about 5 times a week. I am at work and tied to a cubical right now but that picture you linked to made me seriously want to get up and get some.
