Menu Plan Monday: Week of May 13, 2013


It's supposed to be hot all week, so the only baking I'm planning to do is in the toaster oven. That rules out cupcakes, but I can make almost everything else in the toaster. I'll probably make some cookies, cinnamon rolls, and coffee cake. And here's what I'm planning for dinners:

Monday - Roasted Cauliflower and Sardine Pasta

Tuesday - Saucy Asian Meatballs, some kind of vegetable

Wednesday - Roasted Chicken, some kind of vegetable

Thursday - Chicken Salad using leftover chicken

Friday - Salmon Furikake with Rice, some kind of vegetable

Saturday - Leftovers

Sunday - Pasta Bolognese, Steamed Broccoli, Garlic Bread

That menu sounds yummy! I use my toaster oven a ton too. It's probably my most used kitchen appliance.

Isn't it a great way to keep the heat down? My kitchen gets so hot!
