I feel like I'm playing catch-up with all that I have to do again, which may be why I didn't get to most of what was on my menu plan for last week. So I'll be moving some of those meals to this week's plan:
Monday - Grilled Turkey Burgers, Chips, Fruit
Tuesday - Roasted Cauliflower & Sardine Pasta, Baked Apples
Wednesday - Sashimi, rice, some kind of vegetable
Thursday - Take out from Zankou Chicken {had something different last week}, Salad
Friday - Bean & Cheese Enchiladas, Salad
Saturday - Leftovers
Sunday - Dinner out
