Menu Plan Monday: Week of March 11, 2013

It's supposed to warm up this week, so I'm going to have to plan my baking more carefully, and/or use my toaster oven more. But I just realized that I can use the grill now, especially since it's light until later! So here's what I'm thinking:

Monday - Grilled Pizza

Tuesday - Farfalle with Zucchini and Prosciutto

Wednesday - Grilled Vegetable Sandwiches

Thursday - Ham and Broccoli Spirals

Friday - Corned Beef with Cabbage (we'll be out on St. Patrick's Day, so we'll have our corned beef earlier)

Saturday - Dinner out

Sunday - Dinner out
