I keep meaning to bake more, but life gets in the way and I don't get around to it. I think that maybe if I add baking to my menu plan, it'll be more likely to get done. We'll see!
Monday - Greek Quinoa Salad (didn't get to it last week), Banana Cake with Chocolate Chips (probably in muffin form for portability)
Tuesday - Roast Beef Hash, Creamed Spinach, Fried Eggs
Wednesday - Tuna Noodle Casserole, Apple Brownies (will substitute cranberries for the walnuts), Steamed Broccoli
Thursday - Potato Galette with Smoked Salmon, Salad
Friday - Sashimi, Rice, some kind of vegetable, Frosted Pumpkin Cake
Saturday - Leftovers
Sunday - Dinner out
