Menu Plan Monday: Week of January 7, 2013

My pantry and freezer are quite full, so I'm making a conscious effort to use up what we have, while still trying new recipes, eating healthy, and satisfying everyone in the family. Here's what I've got planned for this week:

Monday - Sashimi, rice, boiled lotus root

Tuesday - Ham & Gruyere Gratin (using leftover frozen ham), some kind of green vegetable

Wednesday - La Bamba Casserole (x2 so I can freeze one), salad, tortilla chips

Thursday - Linguine with White Clam and Broccoli Sauce, bread or biscuits, fruit

Friday - Alton Brown's Sardine Avocado Sandwiches, Sweet Potato Fries {and grilled cheese sandwiches for the kids, probably!}

Saturday - Leftovers

Sunday - Dinner out

See more weekly menus at I'm an Organizing Junkie.
