I'm not sure I understand why, but I find that even when I don't follow my menu plan, I am much more likely to cook dinner when I make a plan for the week than when I don't. So although I'm not entirely sure if things will go anywhere near as planned, I'm still making a plan!
Monday - Cajun Salmon Cakes with Lemon-Garlic Aioli, Roasted Asparagus
Tuesday - Sweet Potato Latkes, Chicken Apple Sausage
Wednesday - Miso Chicken, Rice, some kind of vegetable (didn't get to this last week)
Thursday - Ground Beef Hash, some kind of veggie
Friday - Clam Chowder, Bread, some kind of fruit
Saturday - Brussels Sprout-Lemon Pizza, Tart Tatin
Sunday - Dinner out
