It was way too hot this weekend (over 90 degrees!), so I am definitely looking forward to the cool down we should be getting this week. I'm much more likely to bake and grill when it's cool - although I did make this fun spiderweb brownie cake last week, using fair trade Dutch process cocoa. It's a Cooking Light recipe, so not too unhealthy, and the boys had a blast helping me frost the cake. Here's what I'm thinking for this week's dinners:
Monday - Easy Sole Meuniere, Potato Gratin, Steamed Asparagus
Tuesday - Roast Chicken with Garlic Sauce, Flatbread, some kind of veggie (didn't get to this last week)
Wednesday - Dinner out
Thursday - Greek-Style Skewers
Friday - Clam Chowder, Bread Bowls
Saturday - {not sure of our plans yet}
Sunday - Dinner out
