Menu Plan Monday: Week of 9/24/2012


While I appreciate having a menu plan, I still feel like I am struggling to get dinner on the table because I'm still getting used to our new schedule. As I was telling friends about it, I realized that the only day we don't have sports is Thursday. No wonder I've been feeling a little crazed in the late afternoons and into the evenings! I'm hoping this is the week I start to really get the hang of our schedule, and find a "flow." Here's what I've got planned for dinners:

Monday - Grilled pizza (Polenta for me since I'm still gluten-free), green salad, smoothies

Tuesday - Korean-style short ribs, rice, some kind of veggie

Wednesday - Turkey Sloppy Joes, rolls, broccoli slaw

Thursday - Taco Bar

Friday - Grilled sandwiches, sweet potato fries

Saturday - Zucchini Lasagna

Sunday - Dinner out
