Menu Plan Monday: Week of 4/16/2012


On my to-do list this week is making a menu plan for the entire month of May. I'm a little daunted again, but having experienced the benefits of planning more than a week's menu, I'm confident it will be a good thing. But in the meantime, here's what we'll be having this week:

Monday - Roast Beef Hash, Creamed Spinach, Garlic Butterhorns, Fruit crisp

Tuesday - Breakfast (waffles, bacon, eggs, fruit)

Wednesday - Sardine Cauliflower Pasta, some kind of veggie

Thursday - Pan Bagnat, Fruit, Cookies

Friday - Udon or Soba with vegetables

Saturday - ? {not sure of our plans yet}

Sunday - Dinner out
