I have to admit, I don't feel much like cooking this week. So I'm starting off easy with a store-bought ham to make life easy.
Monday - Honeybaked Ham (I have a craving), sauteed green beans, macaroni salad (another craving)
Tuesday - Roasted Cauliflower and Sardine Pasta
Wednesday - Portugese Bean Soup
Thursday - Breakfast (Rice, Bacon/Spam, Eggs)
Friday - Cream of Tuna (cream of mushroom soup mixed with tuna and chopped steamed vegetables) over Rice
Saturday - ? {not sure what our plans are again}
Sunday - Dinner out
