I can't believe tomorrow is November 1, and that there are only two months left in 2011! The weather really has cooled down enough that I can use the oven pretty much every day if I want to, which is nice. Here's what I'm thinking we'll have this week:
Monday - Dinner out
Tuesday - Tuna Pasta Salad
Wednesday - Butternut Squash Risotto with Scallops
Thursday - Beef Tacos
Friday - Soup & Sandwich
Saturday - {not sure, but possibly a frozen pizza}
Sunday - Dinner out
