I must have slept funny over the weekend, because I have a painful kink in my shoulder that might make my kitchen time as minimal as possible. So I'm planning very easy meals that require very little prep time and effort:
Monday - 4th of July with family (no cooking!)
Tuesday - Cold cut sandwiches, sweet potato fries
Wednesday - Tuna pasta salad
Thursday - Rice, salmon furikake, lotus root
Friday - Breakfast (waffles, sausage, egg)
Saturday - ??? {I'm going to leave this one open as I'm not sure what our plans are for the day}
Sunday - Dinner out
