  • Ralphs: 4/7 – 4/13/10

Note: This summary of deals is based on the ad I get in Los Angeles, where Ralphs stores double coupons up to $1 (one like coupon per transaction). I don’t list all of the deals, only the good ones. If I missed any, please let us all know in the comments. You’ll need a Ralphs Rewards card to get most of these deals, so I use the Rewards card price in this post and assume you have your card scanned with each transaction. In addition to the coupons listed, you can also add electronic coupons to your Ralphs Rewards card at these sites: Shortcuts.com, Cellfire.com, Softcoin and Upromise. If you give Ralphs your email address, they may also send you emails with e-coupons that are exclusive to your card. And if you bring reuseable bags, Ralphs will give you 5 Rewards points for each bag used (though you may need to remind the cashier).

There’s a new promotion this week called Free Digital Choice – buy any 10 participating products and choose your reward: 15 Free Music Downloads, One Free Movie Ticket, or 15 Free Ringtones. You’ll receive a coupon with a redemption code at checkout. I’ve listed the participating items in the ad below. There are probably more items, so look for the tags in the store.

There are new coupons at Cellfire.com, including some I’ve never seen before like $1/2 Oscar Mayer Lunchables, $1/1 Cascadian Farms Frozen Fruit or Vegetable, and 55 cents/1 liter of Canada Dry Green Tea Ginger Ale. Links via Escalate Media Affiliate Network

Get a preview of the 4/7 Safeway ad. I really hope we get all of those coupons, because I’ve never seen organic milk so cheap! ($1.99/half-gallon)

Through Saturday (4/10), you can get $1 off any Jamba Juice Fruit Frenzy Smoothie with this printable coupon.

Get a sneak peek at the 4/7 BiLo ad.

Just a word of caution on this week’s CVS deals: The Speed Stick, Softsoap, Irish Spring, and Colgate ECB deals are all part of the same deal to the computer, and apparently only a max of two in one transaction will generate ECBs. In other words, you can get up to seven $2 ECBs, but no more than $4 will print in one transction so you’ll need to break your transactions up. (Via I Heart CVS.)

Common Sense with Money explains how you can get free Land O Lakes Butter with Olive Oil and make money on Pilot Fixion pens via mail-in rebate.

There’s a new rebate on Swiffer refills – get a $10 rewards card when you spend $20 or more on refills by 6/30. As I recall, in the past, the $20 was before coupons, so they were close to free after the rebate. (Via Coupon Geek.)

Stretching a Buck has the current Kroger deals.

Bargain Briana has this week’s Meijer deals.

Moms Need to Know has this week’s Giant deals.

    Morning Coffee: Enjoy the weekend!

Get a printable coupon for $1/1 Multigrain Cheerios.

Get a printable coupon for $1/1 Dial Nutriskin Body Wash. This is a new product, so I wouldn’t be surprised if there were free-after-ECB/RR/SCR deals coming up. (Via Printable Coupons and Deals.)

Get 10 Pampers Gifts to Grow points with code Apr2010Facebook. I just entered the code and noticed that there are quite a few new prizes, which is refreshing considering how low the inventory was for awhile. (Via MommySnacks.)

Chavrie will send you a coupon for free goat cheese when you register for their free “For the Love of Goat Cheese Club.”

Get a free sample of U by Kotex from Walmart.

Morning Coffee: It’s Mega Swag Bucks Friday

Search & WinToday is Mega Swag Bucks Day, which means you have an increased chance of winning big Swag Bucks. And did you happen to catch the Swag Code I tweeted about last night? It was released in conjunction with The Swag Guy’s announcement that we can earn Swag Bucks in denominations of 11 to 19. Learn why Swag Bucks is my favorite way to earn free money. Disclosure: If you join Swag Bucks using my referral link, I’ll get bonus Swag Bucks, so thank you if you do!

Get a sneak peek at next week’s Walgreens ad. Compared to this week, it looks slow, but I’ve done so many transactions this week that I wouldn’t mind a week off. (And thank goodness a new store opened up not too far from our house!) The highlight of the week looks like it’s going to be another week of daily photo deals – usually, there’s at least one freebie. I always pick these freebies up and use them as grandparent/great-grandparent gifts.

Snapfish is celebrating its 10th birthday with deals and an instant win game. If you’re not signed up to receive their emails, you can see what the offer of the day is at their Facebook page (filter by “Snapfish only” to make it easier to find the deals). When you sign in to Snapfish and click on the “Birthday Party” link, you’ll have the chance to play an instant win game (every day through April 10). I didn’t win anything, so it gave me a code for 10 free prints – but I couldn’t combine the code with in-store pickup, and they wanted to charge me $1.48 for shipping. 14.8 cents per print is about twice what I like to pay, so I passed on that offer.

Common Sense with Money has a list of restaurants where kids can eat free this weekend. Mercedes is also giving away 150 $3/1 Snuggle coupons (!) – ends tonight.

Facebook fans of Stouffers can get printable coupons for $1.50/1 Toasted Sub and $2.50/1 Easy Express Meal.

Moms Need To Know has this week’s Giant Eagle deals.

Bargain Briana has this week’s Marsh deals.

Each day through May 18, 100 Facebook fans of No Nonsense get a free pair of socks. (Via Freebies 4 Mom.)

Free Yoplait Greek Yogurt for the first 50 CFO Readers

Yoplait Greek Yogurt debuted this month – and the really exciting news (at least to me) is that all Yoplait yogurts are now RBST-free. Yoplait Greek Yogurt has 12 grams of protein per cup and comes in Strawberry, Blueberry, Honey Vanilla and Plain. Yoplait wants to help you celebrate your inner goddess – which ties in nicely with the new movie, Clash of the Titans, which opens today. So the first 50 people to click the “Try Me Free” button in the widget below will get a coupon for a free Yoplait Greek Yogurt, and everyone can see footage from the new movie. Good luck, and enjoy! Note: The coupon is apparently not valid in California – sorry locals!

Morning Coffee: New Month = New Coupons

Happy April Fool’s Day! I never plan ahead enough for these things, but maybe tonight I’ll remember to serve my kids blue milk or something πŸ™‚

A new month generally means new coupons at Coupons.com, or at least that some of the print limits have reset. Links via Escalate Media Affiliate Network

Google released the Android 2.1 update for the Droid, and it’s got a lot of cool-sounding features. I’m looking forward to the iPhone-esque pinch to zoom ability.

Get one of 100,000 free Butterfinger bars by becoming a Facebook fan of Butterfinger, and then “filing a claim” against someone for daring to lay a finger on your Butterfinger. (Via Common Sense with Money.)

Bargain Briana has this week’s Aldi deals.

Get a free sample of Dove Men+Care from Walmart.

Get a free sample of Pantene Pro-V from Vocalpoint.
