    If you’re new to The Drugstore Game, you may be thinking to yourself, But I don’t need all of those things! So let’s say you just want the lip balm and the crackers. As long as you spend that $10 in RR that you have left wisely, you’ve gotten the items that you do want for free.

    How do you spend that $10 in RR wisely? Hold on to it for next week’s deals. Or, if that doesn’t work for you, use it to stock up on some of the sale items – there’s 69-cent Swanson chicken broth, $2.79 gallons of milk, $2.99 nuts, B1G1 paper plates, etc.

    Tia’s Saving Cents has some $5 Walgreens transactions, if you’re looking for more ideas.

    And don’t forget to check out the CVS starter transactions that I posted yesterday.

    1. I'm confused about Transaction #2. $7.99+$0.17 – $2 coupon – $2 RR = $4.16, not $2.16. What am I missing?

    2. Sarah,
      I was confused as well and even broke out the calculator! Glad I wasn't the only one00should be $4.16 not $2.16.

    3. Chief Family Officer says:

      @Sarah & Kim – Thanks! Now you know why I'm a lawyer … 🙂
