    ~ What I love today: The meat prices at Sprouts and prepped freezer meals for the slow cooker. I made a rare trip to Sprouts yesterday and was ecstatic to find grass-fed ground beef for just $3.99/lb – I turned two packages into meatloaf burgers. I also picked up a pork roast, which I prepped for kalua pork, and a chuck roast, which I just prepped with some seasoning since I wasn’t exactly sure what kind of meal I want to make with it. And then all of it went into the freezer, so I have at least four meals there now!

    ~ Living Social: Join Costco for $55 and receive a $20 Cash Card plus $33.93 in free product coupons, making your net cost just $1.07! {I’m very jealous that this deal is only for new members so I don’t qualify, but I’ve been a satisfied Costco member for years}

    ~ MySavings: FREE $25 Visa gift card for test driving a Kia

    ~ MySavings: FREE audiobook of The Secret Garden

    ~ MySavings: 3 FREE bagels at Bruegger’s Bagels today
