C&H Sugar has always been a part of my life, because it’s the brand my mom used in all of her baking when I was growing up. So I jumped at the chance to participate in a review and giveaway campaign for C&H Light, which is an “all natural pure cane sugar & stevia blend with half the calories of sugar.”

I’m not big on artificial anything but a natural no-calorie sweetener is right up my alley. According to Wikipedia and some other sources I found in a Swagbucks search, there are some potential health concerns with stevia, though the type you see in sweeteners has been approved by the FDA for consumption. It hardly matters, however, because the cakes looked and tasted virtually identical. In a blind taste test, I don’t think you could tell which was which.
