Weekly Cinema, which had been offering deals on Groupon and other sites, has at least temporarily gone of out business. I’d mentioned the Groupon deal here on CFO, so I wanted to let you know that if you have vouchers you have not redeemed, you can get your money back from Groupon by calling 1 (877) 788-7858. (Via Common Sense with Money.)

Borders is offering a free $10 gift card when you buy two $25 or one $50 gift card online only (exp 11/13). Most stores won’t give cash back on gift cards, but the gift card offer is listed among the offers at Ebates, so you should get 4% cash back when you go through them. To learn more about Ebates, read my original review. Thank you if you join(ed) using my referral link!

    Ralphs: 4/28 – 5/4/10

Note: This summary of deals is based on the ad I get in Los Angeles, where Ralphs stores double coupons up to $1 (one like coupon per transaction). I don’t list all of the deals, only the good ones. If I missed any, please let us all know in the comments. You’ll need a Ralphs Rewards card to get most of these deals, so I use the Rewards card price in this post and assume you have your card scanned with each transaction. In addition to the coupons listed, you can also add electronic coupons to your Ralphs Rewards card at these sites: Shortcuts.com, Cellfire.com, Softcoin and Upromise. If you give Ralphs your email address, they may also send you emails with e-coupons that are exclusive to your card. And if you bring reuseable bags, Ralphs will give you 5 Rewards points for each bag used (though you may need to remind the cashier).

The 10 for $10 sale continues this week, but it’s possible that prices have fluctuated somewhat between last week and this week – so something that was $1 last week might be more this week, and something that wasn’t on sale last week might be on sale this week. So if you have time, walk the aisles a little bit and check the shelves for tags.

There’s also a deal for 2 free gallons of Ralphs milk when you buy $15 of participating Kraft products. Aside from DiGiorno frozen pizza, the ad doesn’t list any participating products so keep your eyes open for shelf tags in the store. There’s a picture of a sample tag on the last page of the ad so you know what to look for.

Today’s Ebates Daily Double store is QVC, which is giving 5% cash back (instead of the usual 3%). I’ve previously reviewed QVC, and am a particular fan of some of their clothing lines. I just picked up a pair of Dialogue pants on clearance for $23 + $1.90 tax with free shipping. The 5% cash back reduces my cost to $21.85 + $1.90 tax – that’s less than $24 for a pair of slacks that I can wear to court, which is pretty amazing. I also to spread my cost out over 5 months at no extra charge (what QVC calls “Easy Pay”). If you’re like me and never have time to get to the mall, QVC is definitely worth checking out. To learn more about Ebates, read my original review. If you sign up through my referral link, we’ll both get a bonus when you make your first purchase within 30 days!
